Born and raised in Southwest Washington’s picturesque Columbia Gorge, Gene graduated with honors from Stevenson High School. He pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Use Planning from Western Washington University. Outside of work, Gene enjoys golfing and traveling, especially to their beloved home in Maui.

With a wealth of experience, they have completed hundreds of personal transactions and thousands more through their ownership of three Windermere franchises. As one of the most experienced realtor couples in the U.S., they embrace their role as trusted advisors.

As the eighth owners within the Windermere organization, Gene and Mylo acquired invaluable experience from the early 1980s until 2008 in business formation, operational development, employee hiring and training, and office facility design. They played a significant role in the growth of the Windermere brand, contributing to 352 West Coast offices and a salesforce of 7,000 agents.
