Gene and Mylo Adams are real estate Brokers licensed with Windermere Bellevue Commons.  They presently reside in Kirkland, WA.  Married in 1979, Gene and Mylo have three children, Cortney, Natalie and Alex.  Previous residences have included Issaquah, Redmond, Woodinville's Bear Creek Country Club and Kihei, Maui.

Gene was born and raised in Southwest Washington's Columbia Gorge where he attended Stevenson High School graduating with Honors.  Gene earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land use Planning from Western Washington University.  His hobbies include golf and traveling particularly to his and Mylo's home on Maui.

Mylo was born in Southern California and moved with her family to Kirkland at age 12.  Several years before her graduation from Lake Washington High School Mylo focused on refining her equestrian skills earning numerous local awards and National recognition.  Mylo entered the business world in 1970 and raised her first child while working in the wood products industry.

Gene and Mylo's real estate career commenced in 1978 where they met at Sam Hess Realtors in Bellevue.  Their experience consists of hundreds of personal transactions and thousands more as previous owners of three Windermere franchises.

Becoming the eleventh owners within the Windermere organization, opened up a whole new aspect to their careers.  From the early 1980's through 2008, they learned how to form businesses, develop operations, hire, train and manage numerous employees and hundreds of agents. They designed four office facilities and negotiated millions of dollars in lease space.  In addition to their own companies, they played a significant role in the development and growth of the Windermere brand into 352 West Coast offices.

The business models of two of their companies, Windermere Builder Services and Windermere On Site was to serve the Puget Sound's builder and developer community.  Some of the more well recognized single family builders included The Burnstead's, Lozier Homes, Henderson Homes, Quadrant Corporation and J. F. Buchan Construction.  In addition, they provided sales and marketing services for several high-rise condominium towers including Bellevue's "Bravern", Seattle's "Escala", "Avenue One", "Fifteen Twenty-One", "Gallery", "Lumen", "The Parc", "Trio" and others.

In 2008, Gene and Mylo completed their family business succession plan divesting themselves from the complexities of ownership.  This has allowed them to focus exclusively on their passion of being trusted advisors helping people achieve their real estate dreams and goals.  In 2013, they had record production with an emphasis on early baby boomers moving into smaller residences.  They have represented several golf course properties.  Gene and Mylo feel honored to have been recommended to their clients, friends and loved ones.
