Since 1978, Gene and Mylo Adams have conducted their business on the premise that “Above all else, value people".  As trusted real estate advisors, they put their clients’ minds at ease with their unique level of experience.

Clients depend on Gene and Mylo’s vast experience in evaluating, marketing and negotiating the purchase and sale of real estate and it is this trust that has helped position the duo as some of Windermere's highest producing agents from the start. The conviction and respect Gene and Mylo earned early in their careers from buyers and sellers alike – as well as other agents – helped launch their successful ownership of three Windermere offices. During their ownership, the couple was instrumental in assisting Windermere as a whole grow to over 300 West Coast offices.

Gene and Mylo appreciate what is important to buyers and sellers and it is this deep understanding that has allowed them the opportunity to represent a wide variety of clients – including first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, those looking to downsize, golf communities, as well as some of Puget Sound’s largest home builders and high rise condominium projects.

About Gene and Mylo

Gene and Mylo reside in Kirkland, though previous residences include Issaquah, Redmond and Woodinville's Bear Creek Country Club. Their favorite activities include contributing time and resources to various organizations benefiting those less fortunate, golfing and visiting their second home in Kihei, Maui.

Gene was raised in Southwest Washington's Columbia River Gorge. He earned his degree in Land Use Planning from Western Washington University.

Mylo's family moved to Kirkland when she was twelve. She earned national recognition as an Equestrian and entered the business world in the residential wood products industry after graduating from Lake Washington High School.

Gene and Mylo have raised three wonderful children, Cortney, Natalie and Alex, and adore their three grandchildren, all living locally.
