JORDAN: When you first walk in its myself, my wife, and Gene and basically we look to Gene and say “All right, what are we looking at here?”
JULIE: I really enjoyed working with Mylo. I loved her opinions on everything. She knew a lot about all the areas that we were looking at. She was up on the newest technology.
JORDAN: Gene and Mylo are very in tune and work together terrifically as a team. They turned what can be a daunting, nerve-wracking experience into something that was fun.
JULIE: Being first-time homebuyers, we weren’t really sure exactly what we were looking for.
JORDAN: I was quite intimidated about finding a lemon, so to speak, so being able to rely on Gene and Mylo to quickly walk into a house and say, “Look at that stain over there” or “That foundation, you want to stay away from that”, or “This house has good bones”…those are things as first-time homebuyer that we don’t know. They’re the experts and they were really very good at explaining that to us.
JULIE: They offered to meet us for dinner, go over the paperwork, make sure we understand everything and even hand delivered all the documents so it made it very comfortable and very easy for us to get the process done.
JORDAN: It was actually a joy to drive through the neighborhoods and hear about the history, about the best restaurants.
JULIE: We had so much fun looking at houses together. It was a really enjoyable process for a first time home buying experience.

PATTI: We had always sold the home through a company transfer so we were really not really part of selling procedure and I knew this was going to be much more than that so I was a little nervous.
DALE: Selling a house, as you know, can be a stressful event but Gene and Mylo met every deadline, and in fact had everything done well ahead of time.
PATTI: They took care of the house, they cleaned it up, they staged it and they did a great job and so when we heard it was sold and came back, our job was done.
DALE: The best part of the experience for us was that Patty and I were in Palm Desert, we stayed in Palm Desert, Gene and Mylo did all the work in selling our house and so, for us it was really no work at all.
PATTI: And then we had to think about where we were going to live but Gene and Mylo were able to give us some places to look at that were exactly what we were looking for. So, it was a short process; it was the smoothest real estate transaction that I’ve ever been involved in, even compared to when our company moved us.
DALE: For us, it was a great piece of mind because they did a very thorough job – both in the research of who to use, what needed to be done and do it in a cost effective manner.
PATTI: I think you have to have a relationship with your Realtor. They have to understand who you are and Gene and Mylo did.
DALE: We were so pleasantly surprised by the fact that they were able to sell the house in the time frame that we were thinking about, and in fact, even faster.
PATTI: It’s been a great. It’s been a great move for us and it’s just been a real revitalized lifestyle which is nice for us.

BARB: We went from where we were not even sure we wanted to move to making an offer on a house in about three days…but they didn’t push, and to me, that was really important. I don’t like to be pushed.
